We have not announced plans for a multi language version of EndNote at this time. I would be happy to submit this as a product suggestion to our development team.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
I thank you for your interest and ideas in making our product a better one to suit our customers’ needs. I have passed on this information to our development team who can look into this and see if this feature is feasible in a future version of the software.

At this time as a workaround you can complete your document and convert the document to plain text and change the text manually.
